Designed as a speculative waterfront residence, London Bay transforms site constraints into architectural clarity. A subtle shift in orientation creates a composed arrival while opening primary living spaces toward expansive views of Sarasota Bay. The two-story home is planned to balance openness with privacy. Generous glazing, covered outdoor living areas, and upper-level terraces extend the interior toward the water while maintaining a sense of retreat from neighboring properties. Interior spaces blend classic proportion with contemporary detailing, supporting both everyday living and entertaining. Program elements—including a study, loft with wet bar, wine storage, and elevator—are integrated seamlessly into the layout. Throughout, the design emphasizes long-term livability, environmental responsiveness, and a calm architectural presence appropriate to its waterfront setting. The residence received multiple honors at the 2018 Parade of Homes, including Best Overall, recognizing its clarity of planning, architectural detailing, and curb appeal.
