The renovation focused on architectural clarity, updated detailing, and a stronger connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. New exterior lines and proportions introduce a composed West Indies character, while contemporary interiors bring balance and restraint to the home’s living spaces. Large openings and shaded outdoor areas strengthen the relationship to the bay, supporting relaxed daily living and entertaining. The grounds were fully redesigned to complement the architecture, with new hardscape, landscaping, and a resort-style pool that anchors the outdoor experience. Together, architecture and site work create a cohesive waterfront setting defined by calm rhythm and modern coastal ease.
