Our client with the most CMSA tenure decided that what they wanted was a home of superior detailing but not quite as large as the homes CMSA has done for them in the past. This is the 8th home we have designed for these clients. A wonderful floor plan with an island style is perfect for the empty nesters but still provides plenty of room for visiting friends of family. Exposure to the views of Sarasota Bay are phenomenal and viewed from virtually every room in the house.
