Bay to Gulf Front
“Take advantage of the site…” How many times do you see that lost? We never take our eyes off that goal.
This home is situated on an unusually shaped trapezoid property. The depth was thin and the width wide- all diverging to a point at the end of the property. All sounds difficult…? We say take advantage of the site. The exposure of the pass/Gulf front water is perfect for an elongated building shape that has constant connection to some of our most beautiful waters. The in and out of the roof rhythm lead one’s eye to the graceful simplicity of each facade. The triangulation point is the vertical stair tower that leads from the ground floor recreational area to the roof top terrace which is a view second to none.
