This Bird Key new residence is adjacent to another home CMSA designed a few years earlier. Our client bought both the earlier home, which they moved into, and this adjacent vacant lot. The initial plan was to design a new home on the vacant lot that they could sell and remain in the original home. As the design presentations took shape for the vacant lot our client liked the design so much that they decided to sell the original home and move into the new one. Our clients have great taste and we incorporated many of their design thoughts into a spectacular design. A magnificent and stunning view to Big Pass and the Gulf.
