Condo Renovation

Renovations have always been a significant part (40-50%) of our workload. We just cannot seem to throw out very re-usable materials. This penthouse project was a total down to the studs renovation. The interiors of the condo had been renovated numerous times and there were some very basic design principals that CMSA was able to employ which gave the client the maximum views and space usage.
