Positioned directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this Lido Key residence is organized to prioritize horizon views and uninterrupted coastal exposure. The architectural composition balances structural clarity with openness, allowing primary living spaces to fully engage the beachfront setting.

Expansive glazing and layered terraces extend interior rooms toward the water while deep overhangs and carefully proportioned openings provide shade and environmental control. The plan emphasizes vertical connection and visual continuity, reinforcing the relationship between upper-level living areas and the shoreline beyond.

Materials were selected for durability in a high-exposure coastal environment while maintaining a refined, contemporary character. Outdoor living spaces, including elevated terraces and water-facing gathering areas, support both daily use and larger-scale entertaining.

The result is a Gulf-front residence defined by restraint, proportion, and a disciplined response to site.
