Villa Mare is a three-story Mediterranean bayfront residence designed to capture panoramic water views from every primary living level. Approximately 6,000 square feet of conditioned space is organized vertically, allowing the upper floors to fully engage west, north, and south-facing bay exposures. Outdoor terraces and garages are layered into the massing, creating a balanced composition of solid and void. A spa-style pool and outdoor living areas extend the home’s entertaining spaces toward the water, while classical Mediterranean detailing—arches, stonework, and deep loggias—anchors the design in a timeless architectural language.
