When in Rome…or when on Manasota Key…
This residence was a major renovation project on the Gulf of Mexico. The original intent was to have “pods” of different uses connected by covered and elevated walkways. Our design challenge was to make the individual spaces work together while also providing for a main pod for family gatherings. After many sketches it was decided that the best approach was to add a third level master suite to the main pod and expand the floors beneath to accommodate the large family gatherings. Setting the home on pace with updates was accomplished throughout the residence. Upon completion of the design it became evident that the family area gathering areas were a success while also keeping the privacy of individual pods alive and healthy. The final result is an estate gulf front residence that nobody would know we were ever there.
