A Guest House that is a connector and also a residence on it’s own embodies this lakefront inland estate.This two story Georgian gem is the center connecting entertaining area between the existing main residence and the new family guest house. The inspiration here was connectivity and creativity. The guest house is connected to the main residence with a second “cigar” screened rotunda that includes a grand covered walkway that makes the journey between an “architectural stroll”. Vibrant colors and creative detailing throughout makes a relaxed and elegant guest home.
